- 1 pound gluten-free bulk breakfast sausage
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- ¼ cup gluten free all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2½ cups milk, whole or 2% recommended
- 1 gluten-free biscuits recipe

In a large deep skillet over medium-high heat brown the sausage until no longer pink and cooked through, about 7 minutes.
